Adding a TimeTrack Calendar Feed to Outlook

1)      Click the “TimeTrack” Button in the upper left corner of the screen

2)      Choose “User”

3)      Choose “Calendar Feed Setup”

4)      Name the calendar feed (For example: “Outlook Calendar Feed”)

5)      Choose the time frame which you would like to keep loaded in your calendar

6)      Choose your alert frequency

7)      Click “Add”

8)      TimeTrack will display the calendar feed link. Copy the link to your clipboard either by pressing “CTRL+C” or right clicking the link, and choosing “Copy”

9)      Open Outlook and view your calendar

10)   Right click “My Calendars”

11)   Choose “Add Calendar”

12)   Choose “From Internet”

13)   Paste the link into the text field, either by pressing “CTRL+V” or right clicking the field and choosing “Paste” then click “Ok”. When prompted for more settings, click “Ok” again

Your calendar entries will then be added to Outlook
